Single Hand Studio

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Single Hand Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website, Solana Crystal Miner, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you may have.

We do not collect wallet seed phrases or private keys. We do not use Stripe, PayPal, RevenueCat, MoonPay, Coinbase Commerce, or similar payment processors. Payments for crypto features are direct on-chain SOL or USDC SPL transfers to the treasury wallet and are verified server-side using Solana RPC.

2. Information We Collect

Account and Gameplay Information:

  • Wallet public address and wallet sign-in challenge data
  • Miner name, account status, gameplay progress, and settings
  • Energy, crystals, upgrades, badges, quests, daily streaks, prestige, Arena runs, leaderboard records, and reward history
  • On-chain transaction signatures, token type, amount, and verification status for purchases, mints, and rewards

Telemetry, Device, and Diagnostics:

  • Custom telemetry events queued by the app and posted to /api/health, then stored in Neon/Postgres telemetry tables
  • App version, operating system, device and session metadata, performance events, and anti-abuse signals
  • Server logs from Vercel and database records stored in Neon
  • Crash and error reports through Sentry when Sentry is enabled by configuration

Blockchain, RPC, and Price Data:

  • Public Solana network data tied to wallet addresses, transactions, NFTs, and token accounts
  • Solana RPC requests and responses through configured RPC providers, including Helius where configured, or public Solana mainnet fallbacks in limited client cases
  • Price quote data from Jupiter APIs used to quote SOL prices against USD or USDC

Communications:

  • Email address, message content, and attachments you send us
  • Social or community interactions if you contact us through third-party platforms

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate wallets and restore player records
  • Operate gameplay systems, quests, leaderboards, badge mints, Arena rewards, and support workflows
  • Verify SOL and USDC payments, on-chain transactions, and reward eligibility
  • Detect cheating, botting, fraud, abuse, service instability, and security issues
  • Debug crashes, investigate incidents, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

  • Vercel for API, admin, static hosting, and serverless logs
  • Neon/Postgres for application data and telemetry storage
  • Solana RPC providers, including Helius where configured, for blockchain reads and transaction verification
  • Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter and supported wallets such as Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and Seeker wallet integrations
  • Sentry for crash and error reporting when enabled
  • Jupiter APIs for SOL price quotes
  • Legal authorities, successors, or advisers where required by law, security needs, or a business transfer

We do not use a third-party analytics SDK. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Blockchain and Wallet Transparency

Blockchain networks are public and transparent by design. Wallet addresses, transaction signatures, token movements, and NFT records may be publicly visible and may persist indefinitely.

We cannot delete, alter, or hide data that has already been written to the Solana blockchain or stored by third-party wallets, indexers, marketplaces, RPC providers, explorers, or other independent services.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The website and admin tools may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for routing, sessions, preferences, security, and basic operation. The mobile app may use local device storage for app state and queued telemetry.

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings. Blocking required storage may prevent parts of the Services from working.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain game integrity, support payments and rewards, detect abuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect users and the Services.

You can request deletion by using in-app account deletion where available or by contacting us. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the player record and associated database data where reasonably possible. We may retain limited records when needed for security, anti-cheat, payment verification, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Deletion does not remove public blockchain data, third-party wallet records, independent marketplace records, RPC provider logs, or backup/log data that is kept for a limited operational period.

8. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet, wallet, blockchain, or storage system is completely secure.

We and our service providers may process information in the United States, Ireland, the European Union, and other countries where infrastructure, support, or service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or lawful exceptions.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information.

California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable. We do not knowingly sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your wallet, email, or other information before fulfilling a request. Some requests may be limited by public blockchain data, security needs, anti-cheat needs, legal obligations, or dispute records.

10. Children and Minors

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Paid features, on-chain transactions, economically valuable rewards, and NFT features may be restricted or unavailable where required by law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
