Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, mobile apps, games, NFTs, crypto features, admin tools, and related services operated by Single Hand Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including Solana Crystal Miner (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Minors

  • The Services are not intended for children under 13. Do not use the Services if you are under 13.
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You may not use paid features, on-chain transaction features, NFT features, Arena reward features, or economically valuable reward features if doing so is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
  • Availability on a Seeker phone, Solana dApp Store, wallet, or app marketplace does not mean you are legally eligible to use every feature.

3. Accounts, Wallets, and Security

  • Certain features require connecting a Solana wallet. We never ask for, control, custody, or recover seed phrases or private keys.
  • You are responsible for wallet security, connected devices, transaction review, and all activity tied to your wallet or player record.
  • You agree to provide accurate information where requested and to keep account details current.
  • If you lose access to your wallet, we may be unable to restore wallet-controlled assets or verify ownership.

4. Acceptable Use and Game Integrity

  • You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use bots or macros, manipulate tap timing, evade limits, attack the Services, scrape protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • You may not interfere with leaderboards, Arena results, telemetry, payment verification, reward distribution, or anti-abuse systems.
  • We may investigate suspicious activity and may suspend accounts, reset progress, remove leaderboard entries, void rewards, refuse transactions, or terminate access where we believe these Terms or game integrity rules were violated.
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from protected content except where law expressly permits it.

5. Names, Messages, and User Content

If you submit a miner name, support message, profile content, screenshot, bug report, or other content, you remain responsible for that content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the Services. We may remove or restrict content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or harmful to the Services or other users.

6. Blockchain, NFTs, and Digital Assets

  • Blockchain transactions are public, may be irreversible, and may involve network fees, congestion, delays, failed transactions, or third-party service outages outside our control.
  • NFTs, tokens, crystals, badges, Arena rewards, and other digital items may have economic value, may have no value, and may be volatile. We do not guarantee price, liquidity, transferability, marketplace availability, tax treatment, or future utility.
  • Ownership of an NFT or token does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property unless we expressly state otherwise.
  • We may change metadata, utility, transfer restrictions, reward rules, supported wallets, and supported protocols where needed for game operation, security, compliance, or product changes.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

  • Paid crypto features use direct on-chain SOL or USDC SPL transfers to the treasury wallet. We do not process payments through Stripe, PayPal, RevenueCat, MoonPay, Coinbase Commerce, or similar providers.
  • Prices, token type, destination, network fees, and transaction details are shown before you approve a wallet transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the transaction before signing.
  • Server-side payment verification uses Solana RPC. Jupiter price APIs may be used only to quote SOL prices against USD or USDC.
  • Unless required by law or expressly stated in the app, on-chain purchases, mints, transfers, Energy Packs, Mining Booster Max, Arena Reset, Supporter Badge, streak repair, and similar transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and legal compliance connected to purchases, rewards, NFTs, tokens, or other digital assets.

8. Arena, Leaderboards, and Rewards

Arena rewards, leaderboard rewards, crystals, seasonal payouts, and champion NFTs may be economically valuable. Arena play is intended to reward player skill and valid gameplay, not chance or automated activity.

Paid items such as Arena Reset may provide additional attempts where available, but they do not guarantee a reward, rank, payout, NFT, or leaderboard result. If local law restricts paid entries, prize contests, crypto rewards, or NFT rewards, you must not participate in those features.

We may require eligibility checks, wallet verification, account age, minimum gameplay history, anti-cheat review, or other conditions before distributing rewards. We may delay, adjust, substitute, withhold, or void rewards for suspected abuse, technical errors, legal restrictions, sanctions issues, wallet risk, unavailable treasury funds, unavailable authority wallet transactions, or service incidents.

Champion NFTs and certain seasonal rewards are paid or minted by an authority wallet. Delivery can depend on network conditions, authority wallet availability, treasury balances, and supported Solana infrastructure.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, prices, rewards, token support, NFTs, game balance, leaderboards, supported wallets, and supported infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued support of any specific feature.

10. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Services and related content are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for understanding the risks of wallets, blockchain transactions, crypto assets, NFTs, and economically valuable rewards.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Except for rights expressly granted to you, all software, artwork, names, logos, interfaces, game designs, text, and other creative elements are owned by Single Hand Studio or its licensors.
  • Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, lawful use.
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

12. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Third-party wallets, Solana infrastructure, RPC providers, marketplaces, Sentry, Vercel, Neon, Jupiter, app stores, and other independent services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Single Hand Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, digital assets, private keys, wallet access, leaderboard position, rewards, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Single Hand Studio and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, wallet activity, payment activity, rewards activity, user content, or violation of third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, created risk for the Services or other users, compromised game integrity, or made continued access impractical or unlawful.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived or changed by contract.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled by courts or authorities with jurisdiction over the Company or the dispute.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
